JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Strategic Planning:
· Develop comprehensive marketing and sales plans for the company’s product groups, including strategies for each stage of the product life cycle.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on new product information, competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends.
· Provide recommendations on product features, pricing strategies, and sales promotion programs to support nationwide sales activities.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with relevant departments to address product-related issues, sales challenges, and merchandising/display concerns.
4. Product Development and Innovation:
· Propose innovative ideas for new products and collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) department to ensure timely product development aligned with the company’s plans.
5. Team Management and Training:
· Manage, train, and guide Product Management (PM) team members to effectively perform their assigned responsibilities.
6. Reporting:
· Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by senior management, providing analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.
7. Team Coordination:
· Coordinate activities within the team and across departments to ensure smooth collaboration and achievement of shared objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Major:
· Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Foreign Languages:
· English proficiency required; Korean is an advantage.
Computer Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software.
Experience:
· 8–10 years of working experience in Marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
· Preference for candidates with experience in FMCG, nutrition, or food industries.
· Experience in Product Management, Branding, Trade Marketing, or Market Research is highly preferred.
